On Friday, April 26th, 2013, the Sustainability Committee, in partnership with the Center for Sustainability at the University of Denver, will present an event of great importance to our students and to our community. 

The DU Earth Day Summit will feature several sustainability-minded local businesses, representatives from other universities, and presentations by DU professors, all relating to sustainability.

The program will be held at the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management on the University of Denver campus, beginning at 9:30am and concluding at 3:00 pm. It will explore causes, consequences, and cures for our current environmental crisis, inspiring students to become more conscious of their actions towards environmental sustainability. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
